At a time when the COVID-19 is raging around the world, three overseas after-sales employees of Casun have rushed to the overseas project construction site since July 2020, and have stuck to their posts and committed to dedication, and the longest time has reached four months. Today, after the successful acceptance of the project, all the employees stationed abroad have returned home safely. All of our employees have a high respect for them.
In order to support the project construction of a multinational company, Li Peng, Kong Hongning and Li Binyang of our company resolutely went to the Czech Republic, Hungary and East London of South Africa under the fluctuating situation of the epidemic. They insisted on the spirit of "customer is God". From January to November, the project was successfully completed.
In order to give overseas employees the best rest, after they returned to China for quarantine, Casun awarded the three employees the title of "The Bravest Worker" at the all-staff meeting, and rewarded them with seven days of paid vacation. It is used to return home to visit relatives, and the round-trip transportation expenses are reimbursed by the company. Our company pays full attention to and protects the physical and mental health of overseas employees.
With the continuous escalation of overseas epidemic prevention and control, the physical and mental pressure of overseas employees continues to increase, which makes Casun's leaders and employees very worried. Because we always put the life, health and safety of our employees as the top priority in all work, we mobilize all resources to support the work of overseas employees, and take practical actions to care for and care for overseas employees and their families.
At present, Casun, which has been focusing on the AGV industry for 13 years, is in a period of rapid global business development. We will explore an effective overseas employee service system in practice based on the outbreak situation of the local epidemic and the needs of project work. At the same time, we also help employees' families to learn more about overseas epidemic prevention information, and patiently provide project construction services for overseas customers.
