1. The transshipment project for Hunan Niushun intelligent is mainly used in the new energy lithium battery industry. Use AGV to complete the transfer of lithium battery raw materials and realize the intelligent logistics of the factory.
2. Summary of the difficulties of the project:
1) During the operation of the AGV, the ground is easy to slip, causing the AGV to deviate from the track.
2) The AGV needs to automatically judge the weight of the material, and automatically distribute it after meeting the requirements.
3) The SLAM navigation accuracy cannot meet the docking accuracy requirements.
3. Functions and benefits provided by CASUN's AGV: By using CASUN's AGV, it replaces manual handling, automatic weighing and docking accuracy requirements, ensuring the timely supply of materials, and greatly improving the degree of intelligent manufacturing and transportation efficiency.
The production workshop will generate dust. After the dust accumulates on the ground, the ground will be slippery. During the operation of the AGV, the wheels will slip, causing the AGV to deviate from the track.
Raw materials need to be quantitatively distributed according to weight, and the AGV needs to have an automatic weighing function. After judging that the material reaches the required weight, the material will be automatically distributed.
The docking station needs to be precisely docked. When placing materials, the precision is required to be high, and the docking accuracy of ±5mm must be met.
1. There are 22 laser navigation forklift AGVs for this project, 5 sets of automatic charging piles, and automatic weighing systems.
2. By docking with the automatic weighing system, the material can be ordered after the weight is satisfied, and the automatic distribution of AGV can be realized.
Because the ground is easy to slip with the dust, and the AGV is driven by a non-slip steering wheel to overcome the ground slip and ensure the stable operation of the AGV.
Customize a special load-bearing material rack, and load the weighing module into the material rack to record the weight of the material. If the weight of material reaches the regulated, the weighing system calls the AGV to take the material automatically.
Due to the high requirements for docking accuracy, a high-precision for laser navigation method is adopted to ensure accurate docking of materials.
Reduce the number of people for logistics and distribution and equipment docking, and each production line can save 1-2 workers.
Intelligent system docking, from the dual combination of software and hardware, achieves the ultimate goal of unmanned.
