1. Transferring project of Nankang Zhichang Group, AGVs are mainly used for transportation of single-layer boards after cutting materials in the furniture industry. Utilize the AGV's intelligent transfer of single-layer boards. The system requires intelligent management of material warehouses, real-time management of material-related information, and autonomous scheduling.
2. Summary of difficulties of the project: The main problem faced by this project is Slam navigation. The transported materials are large in size and 3.5T in weight. They are docked with the manipulator, and docking accuracy is ±10mm, which makes manual handling difficult.
3. Functions and benefits provided by Casun AGVs: By applying Casun AGVs, manual handling is replaced. Unmanned operation of the whole line greatly improves the degree of intelligent manufacturing and transportation efficiency, ensures the integrity and traceability of the logistics data chain, and improves the yield rate.
The size of the carrier is about L2000*W1300*H600mm,weight is about 3T, and it is difficult for personnel to carry quantity materials like this.

It is not easy to retrieve the item name among stacked materials, and it takes time and effort to find the correct material.

In order to meet fast-paced production efficiency, the demand for porters is large and the working time is long, which in turn leads to high salary costs and high management costs.
1. The project uses 4 laser Slam AGVs, 1 automatic charging columns, 8 sets manipulator docking stations, 1 set WMS software;
