1. Transferring project of Nankang Zhichang Group, AGVs are mainly used for transportation of single-layer boards after cutting materials in the furniture industry. Utilize the AGV's intelligent transfer of single-layer boards. The system requires intelligent management of material warehouses, real-time management of material-related information, and autonomous scheduling.
2. Summary of difficulties of the project: The main problem faced by this project is Slam navigation. The transported materials are large in size and 3.5T in weight. They are docked with the manipulator, and docking accuracy is ±10mm, which makes manual handling difficult.
3. Functions and benefits provided by Casun AGVs: By applying Casun AGVs, manual handling is replaced. Unmanned operation of the whole line greatly improves the degree of intelligent manufacturing and transportation efficiency, ensures the integrity and traceability of the logistics data chain, and improves the yield rate.
The size of the carrier is about L2000*W1300*H600mm,weight is about 3T, and it is difficult for personnel to carry quantity materials like this.
It is not easy to retrieve the item name among stacked materials, and it takes time and effort to find the correct material.
It is time-consuming and difficult for manual handling of such large materials.
In order to meet fast-paced production efficiency, the demand for porters is large and the working time is long, which in turn leads to high salary costs and high management costs.
1. The project uses 4 laser Slam AGVs, 1 automatic charging columns, 8 sets manipulator docking stations, 1 set WMS software;
2. By docking with the MES, the material can be ordered independently, and the optimal transportation route can be intelligently planned;
3. The perfect combination of Casun AGV intelligent management system with WMS, which realizes intelligent scheduling and intelligent warehouse management.
Integrate materials in and out of the warehouse, manage the warehouse location in the binding mode of the warehouse location and the material, and intelligently schedule the AGV to find the corresponding warehouse location material to improve the fault tolerance rate.
The AGV intelligent control system connects with MES system,automatically generate material transfer tasks, and intelligently plan the optimal routes to reduce invalid walking and improve operation efficiency.
AGVs connect with on-site WMS system,monitor the changes of materials in & out of the warehouse and the status of warehouse in real time, realize the automation and visualization of logistics and transportation.
