1. Transferring Project in Pizhou of Jiangsu, AGVs are mainly used for furniture material transportation including wooden sofa frame and related packaging materials and other materials. It is required to independently manage material warehouse through the location management system, report material-related information in real time, and intelligently schedule.
2. Difficulties of the project: The main difficulties faced of this project come from the large size and different lengths of the transported materials, which require high overall applicability of AGVs.
3. Functions and benefits provided by Casun AGVs: By importing Casun AGVs, manual handling is replaced. It will greatly improve the degree of intelligent manufacturing and transportation efficiency and save labor by unmanned operation.
Different sizes and shapes for wooden sofa frames, it needs different forklifts and pallets for traditional manual transferring.
Floor-crossing of different workshops during sofa production process, transferring between different work stations, all which requires high handling efficiency.
It is time-consuming and difficult for manual handling of such large materials. The number of docking rollers is large, and the error rate during the transfer process is high, resulting in low production efficiency.
In order to meet fast-paced production efficiency, it needs more porters and longer working time, which in turn leads to high salary costs and high management costs.
1. The project uses 3 QR code conveyor AGVs, 3 QR code carrying&lifting AGVs, 2 automatic charging stations, 1 set docking software with Party A's software, 1 set elevator docking system and 1 set WMS;
2. By docking with rollers' PLC master control system of party A, it can realize independent material calling and intelligently scheduling for the optimal transportation routing;
3. QR code carrying & lifting AGVs,the whole system can schedule task distribution, and the host computer system can dispatch two modes of tasks to avoid personnel calling and reduce labor burden;
4. By connecting with the elevator, it can realize cross-floor transferring.
It will transport various specified materials, connect with multiple roller lines.
AGV intelligent control system connected with MES system, automatically generate material transferring tasks, and can intelligently plan the optimal routing to reduce invalid walking and improve operation efficiency. AGVs intelligent control system can also be connected with the WMS to manage the material information of the warehouse location in real time and realize the synchronization of accounts and materials.
AGV systems connected with on-site WMS systems, real-time monitor the changes of materials in&out of the warehouse and status of the warehouse, realize automation and visualization of logistics.
