Project Background

1. AGV project of Flying Crane: AGVs are used to realize dairy products transfering between different floors and areas. This project is divided into two parts: 1. Empty/full pallets transfering between three-dimensional warehouse and roller lines in the destacking area, it needs to be docked for manipulators and roller lines; 2. Empty/full powder boxes transfering between floors 1/2/3 in the packaging area.

2. Difficulties of the project: The roller AGV on the 1st floor and L16 forklift AGV need to be connected with the roller line of the three-dimensional warehouse and the stacking manipulators; R20S forklift AGVs in the packaging area need to dock with the feeding port after picking materials. Load capacity is 1500kg, lifting height is 3700mm, high accuracy requirement.

3. Functions and benefits provided by Casun AGVs: Through application of Casun AGVs and related software, they improve intelligence of logistics transfer between product processes, and fully realize unmanned material transportation. 1. Tedious production process to hardly manage overall

Diverse equipment and all the processes are dispersed, errors can easily occurs during manual transportation.


2. Low efficiency of manual handling

On-site aisle is narrow and manual forklift handling is inefficient, which affects production efficiency.


3. Potential risk during manual handling

Heavy load for the container and lifting height is 3.7 meters. There would be potential risk during manual-conrol forklift transportation.In addition, forklift drivers need to concentrate for a long time and driving is labor-intensive.

1. The project includes 2 QR code navigation AGVs, 1 laser navigation L16 forklift AGV, 3 R20S forklift AGVs and 1 set WMS software.

2. By docking with Party A's existing system and combining with tablet calling panel,  it will realize AGVs intelligent logistics transfer among production processes.

3. Casun AGV intelligent management system connected with on-site WMS software, it realizes integration of AGV scheduling management and warehouse management.
