Project Background

1. The B5 AGV transfer project of BOE Hefei Plant is mainly used in the lamination section of the flat panel display industry. After the front-end equipment is processed, it is sent to the laminating equipment for processing, and the intelligent transfer of AGV is used to realize cross-floor transportation. Connect with the inventory management system, report material positions and material information in real time, and schedule autonomously.

2. Summary of the difficulties of the project: The main problems faced by this project are the large size of transported materials, high cleanliness requirements (standard cleanliness requirements), a large number of docking machines and different docking heights, and a high error rate in manual handling.

Multiple equipment drums are automatically docked, and the docking height of each equipment is inconsistent. Multiple sets of lifting docking platforms are used for transferation and connection to realize automatic loading and unloading of materials at different heights.


2. Class 1000 dust-free workshop with high cleanliness

The workshop where the project is located is a thousand-level workshop, which requires high dust-free treatment of the truck.


3. Manual handling has low efficiency and high error rate

Manual handling of such large materials will be much time-consuming and difficult. Due to the large number of docking machines and various technological processes, the error rate during the transfer process is high, resulting in low production efficiency.


4. Manpower-intensive, the high cost for labor salary

In order to meet the fast-paced production efficiency, the demand for porters is large and the working hours are long, which will lead to high costs for salary and management costs.

1. There will be 12 magnetic stripe navigation carrying roller AGVs, 3 sets of automatic charging columns, 37 sets of temporary storage/ferry docking platforms, 4 sets of lifting docking platforms, and 1 set of AGV intelligent management system.

2. Through the docking with MES, the material can be ordered independently, and the optimal transportation route can be intelligently planned.
