1. Distiller's yeast transferring project of Shanxi Fen Wine factory, it is mainly realizes transferring empty hopper to hopper cleaning area. The 1st steamed wine: Adding chaff to fermented grain and then start high temperature steaming, the distilled wine is transmitted into the wine urn through pipelines.
2. Project difficulties: Forklift AGVs needs to pick the empty hopper from the platform in which height is 4000mm and loading is 2 tons, high accuracy requirement for AGVs.
3. Functions and benefits provided: By using Casun AGVs and intelligent management system, porters labor intensity is reduced and working comfort level is improved, direct labor cost is reduced.
High handling frequency, fast working pace, workers cannot concentrate for a long time, which will lead to potential risks.
It is time-consuming and difficult for manual forklift transport with diverse docking equipment, error rate is high during transfering process, all which will lead to low production efficiency.
In order to meet the fast-paced production efficiency, demand for porters is large and working time is long, which in turn leads to high salary costs and management costs.
1. The project uses 1 L16 forklift AGV, 1 charging station, and 1 docking software
2. By docking with Party A's software, it complete tansferring between different workshops of wine hopper.
