1. The AGV project of Tianjin Toyota Automobile Assembly Workshop is mainly applied to the door line of the assembly workshop of the automobile OEM; using the flexible transfer of AGV, the car door passes through each operating station in turn and is assembled manually;
2. Summary of the difficulties for the project:
1) The venue takes up a lot of space
The traditional aerial suspension line requires a steel platform, and the production line is not easy to turn, which often affects the logistics and transportation channels
2) Low flexibility
It is extremely difficult to adjust the production line, such as the adjustment of the production line, the increase or decrease of the station, and the increase of the output.
3. Functions and benefits of CASUN AGV: By the use of AGV, the traditional chain production line is replaced. While ensuring production capacity, it greatly improves the degree of intelligent manufacturing and space utilization, reducing investment amount.
The traditional production line requires a lot of space in the workshop, and needs to be designed in advance, building a large number of steel platforms, and the cost is high.
The actual space on site is limited, and it is necessary to turn, which cannot be realized by using traditional production lines. AGV can perfectly replace the fixed production line, which is flexible and changeable and that makes full use of space.
