1. The AGV project of Shangrao Hanteng Automobile General Assembly Workshop in Jiangxi Province mainly uses AGV to complete the transfer of product materials in different workshops; including the first line of interior decoration, the second line of interior decoration, the chassis line, and the door line of the assembly workshop; using the intelligent transfer of AGV, the SPS trucks are distributed to each production line station, and the empty trucks are recycled;

The main difficulty in transportation of this project is that it requires fast distribution and strong timeliness. If the distribution is not timely, it will affect the production of the entire production line and affect the overall production capacity.

1. The project uses 23 one-way latent traction AGVs in the first phase, 5 one-way latent traction AGVs in the second phase, 8 sets of automatic charging columns, 3 sets of on-line mechanisms, 3 sets of off-line mechanisms, 110 sets of SPS trucks, and 1 set of AGV central management control system.
2. The material is automatically ordered through the system, and the AGV continuously works for 24 hours one day.
3. The tempo requirement is 30JPH.
AGV prepares materials manually in the collection and distribution area, automatically unloads the material truck at the material point of the production line, and automatically hangs the material vehicle at the end of the production line to return to the collection and distribution area. This cycle operates 24 hours a day to achieve efficient transfer.
By using the push mechanism, the transfer mechanism, etc., the 4 feeders are automatically separated, and sent to the main line in turn, and run with the main line to realize manual work at hand and reduce labor intensity.
Deploy in one step without expensive infrastructure and without waiting for downtime. After the equipment arrives, it can be quickly launched and put into production within 30 days.
Reduce the number of logistics and distribution personnel and offline and offline personnel, and each production line can save 3-5 people.
