Summary of the difficulties of the project: The main difficulty in transportation of this project is that the rhythm of delivery is required to be fast, the timeliness is strong, and the rhythm between stations is inconsistent, which will affect the overall production rhythm and affect the overall production capacity.
3. Functions and benefits provided by CASUN AGV: By use of CASUN AGV, the traditional manual transportation method is replaced. The table-set distribution method reduces the error rate of personnel assembly.
In order to ensure the production efficiency of the production line, personnel need to carry out uninterrupted material distribution, the distribution distance is long, the distribution intensity is high, and the personnel labor intensity is high.
2. Low space utilization
The timeliness of personnel distribution is poor. In order to ensure production efficiency, there are many materials cached on the side of the production line, which occupies a large area and has a very low space utilization rate.
3. The assembly error rate is high
During the assembly process of the production line personnel, there will be the phenomenon of wrong assembly and missing assembly. After the AGV table-type distribution is adopted, such phenomena can be avoided.
4. The material storage area is cluttered
There are many types of materials, fast consumption, and disorderly storage of materials. It takes a lot of time to find materials and count them. After using AGV, they are divided by type on both sides of the AGV running channel.
1. The project uses 12 magnetic strip navigation latent traction AGVs and 1 set of AGV systems.

The number of trolleys are dispatched by the data of units, the production demonstration is carried out according to the bar code system, and the material data is bound to the information of the product to realize dataization.
The regional collection and distribution area allocates different materials in sequence, which is convenient for personnel to load materials, as well as to facilitate personnel to replenish and sort materials.
For products, as long as the types of AGs that realize the stopping point are added, the current layout can be upgraded and surface stations can be added.
